We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSR/Technical Support with an Industrial Engineering degree or at least 2 years of experience in creating ISO Procedure to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our current technical support services, including software, hardware, and network, through training and troubleshooting.
Additionally, the candidate will develop procedures and guidelines, including workflow, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technical support services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong commitment to customer service.
